Our products are available in different regions around the world. Contact your healthcare professional to ask for availability in your region.
-
This is very dependent on your country of residence. OTN always tries to get the treatment registered in a new country before starting sales. This often results in health care insurance coverage. You can check this with your health care provider or insurance company.
-
Yes! To ensure you get the best and most secure experience, we encourage you to visit your certified prosthetist at least once a year. In addition, you should clean the connector daily. Any contamination within the product leads to more wear and tear.

Play is often a result of product wear. This can only be prevented by taking good care of the connector by cleaning it daily and visiting your certified prosthetist for regular services.
If play or other problems occur, please visit your certified prosthetist. Do not alter your prosthetic components at home. This will result in the loss of warranty.

All OTN Innovations products have a warranty of 2 years, except the OTNI 25 Nightcap and the OTNI 90 Toolbox. For these items, the warranty is 6 months.
-
The Luci Connector is part of the aftercare protocol of the BADAL X system. This means that 6 weeks after surgery for the implant, the Luci can be installed. 3 months after implant surgery, the first check on dynamic alignment should be done. 12 months after surgery, the alignment is checked again, and the grit plate of the Luci gets replaced. After 24 months, the same maintenance is done again. After 36 months, we recommend replacing the connector with a new one.
-
Play in the connection is annoying, and risky during walking. It can often be resolved by deep cleaning the connector with soap and water. After drying it, retuning of the clamping can also be necessary. To prevent play, attending to the aftercare program and daily cleaning work best.
-
The LOT of the complete Luci Connector is placed on the underside of the female part. The LOT of offset plates is placed on the top or bottom of the clamping edges. Sometimes this is covered by the female part or the pyramid connection.
